the hotel room was very clean on arrival. it had good wifi . the staff let me leave my case after checking out so i could pick it up later.

the hook over the bathroom door was hanging loose it was a minor thing though.

the location is excellent for visiting theaters and restaurants. the room included tea and coffee making facilities. a fridge. i could leave my bags at a hotel nearby after checking out which was very convenient. i found the staff friendly and helpful .

the bathroom was very small so i had difficulty moving around.

the apartment is located in a vibrant area, close to a grocery store. i could easily walk to musicals and smaller streets which avoided crowds. despite pubs nearby, i was not disturbed by noise.

I found the location convenient, especially with its proximity to Theatreland (it was a good surprise). The room included a microwave and fridge, useful for snacks. The queen size bed was comfortable. I appreciated the large wardrobe. It easily held all my clothes and coat.

I would have preferred a simpler key drop-off option at the apartment itself.
